Terms of Use

General Terms and Conditions

Effective: October 2026

1. Summary

napipartner.hu (hereinafter: the Service Provider) operates an online classifieds system for finding partners (hereinafter: the System), in which users can post profiles, images and other content and browse content posted by other users (hereinafter: the Service). The content of the System can be browsed without entering a username and password. By providing a username, password and a real e-mail address, the user can register and publish a profile. Data provided in the System, except for publicly displayed data, is treated as confidential; details are set out in the Privacy Notice.

2. The Service

The Service is an adult-content classifieds platform on which advertisers can publish profiles, images and contact details, and visitors can browse them using search filters. The Service Provider only provides the advertising platform and does not take part in any agreements made between advertisers and visitors.

The Service may be used only by persons aged 18 or over.

3. Rights and obligations of users

3.1 Without registration (Visitor)

  • You may freely use the functions of the System available to you.
  • You declare that you are over 18 and that your legal capacity to contract is not restricted; your use of the Service is not unlawful.
  • You may not use methods intended to obstruct the operation of the System, or to display or make publicly available in any other system the profiles, images or phone numbers available in the System.
  • Making content in the System available to a third party requires the prior written consent of the advertiser and the Service Provider.
  • You acknowledge that the Service Provider is not obliged to check user content in advance and is not liable for its accuracy, completeness or lawfulness.
  • You undertake not to use the information available in the System for unlawful purposes and not to solicit others to do so.
  • The Service Provider may terminate access to the System if these Terms are breached.
  • The Service Provider records your IP address, the URLs of the pages visited and the time of the visit; it collects no other data about the visitor.
  • The Service Provider may compile anonymous statistics about the use of the System.

3.2 As a registered user

  • The rights and obligations applicable to Visitors also apply to registered users.
  • You can become a registered user by providing a unique username, a password and a real e-mail address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity carried out in the System with your username and password. You may not pass your account and login details to anyone else.
  • You declare that by posting content you do not infringe any rights or create an unlawful situation.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, accounts that misuse another person's name, image, e-mail address or personal data, or whose username contains a trademark, an expression harming another person's legitimate interests, or an obscene, vulgar or racist expression or one offensive to the religion, national, ethnic or sexual identity of others.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right, at its own discretion, to refuse or terminate the Service for any user, including restricting access with an existing registration and excluding the creation of a new registration. Unless prohibited by law or an official order, the Service Provider will inform the user electronically of the restriction and its reasons (see section 12).
  • The Service Provider may make certain services conditional on verifying the authenticity of the data you provide (e.g. contact details).
  • You undertake to upload genuine content only.
  • You may request deletion of your account and data at info@napipartner.hu. Within 3 working days of receiving the request, the Service Provider deletes the profile and the related personal data, except data that must be retained by law. Deletion does not terminate legal relationships between us that arose earlier.
  • The text of content posted by the user and the name or nickname used are considered user content for the purposes of these Terms. By posting user content, the user transfers the rights related to the content to the Service Provider to the extent permitted by applicable law or, where this is not possible, grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive licence, unlimited in time and territory, to use it in the ways necessary to provide the Service.

3.3 As an advertiser (publishing a profile)

  • The rules applicable to registered users also apply to advertisers.
  • A profile may be published only with genuine photos, videos or audio of the advertiser that the advertiser is entitled to use. Using another person's photo or data without permission is prohibited.
  • The data provided when filling in the profile must be true. The Service Provider may ask for proof of the authenticity of images and data, for example by sending a photo of the advertiser that also shows their face.
  • You declare that you list only your own contact details in the advertisement and that the advertisement does not refer to unlawful activity. The Service Provider does not act as an intermediary and does not provide services between the advertiser and visitors.
  • You accept full responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of the information you post and for its compliance with applicable law.
  • Free and paid packages, their fees and duration are shown when posting a profile, at the package selection step. The free package is available to a limited number of advertisers; when it is full, the Site shows a “FULL” (“BETELT”) label. Payment of the fee for a paid package is a precondition for the profile to appear and to continue appearing after expiry.
  • If the advertiser is a consumer, they have a 14-day right of withdrawal from ordering a paid package (see section 14). Otherwise, a fee already paid is not refunded, except where required by law or caused by the Service Provider's fault; if the Service Provider terminates the Service for a reason outside the advertiser's control, the fee is refunded pro rata. In case of suspension or deletion for breach of these Terms, the fee is not refunded.
  • The Service Provider may suspend or delete a profile in case of unlawful or misleading content, false photos or data, or serious breach of these Terms.
  • The advertiser consents to the Service Provider storing the photos they uploaded even after the profile is deactivated, until deletion is requested or the retention period ends.
  • On a deletion request, the public and non-public data of the profile are deleted. Termination of the account or deletion does not terminate rights and obligations that have already arisen from the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the advertiser.
  • You declare that you publish the advertisement of your own free will, without coercion, threat, deception or exploitation, in your own name and in your own interest, that you do not act in the interest of a third party (e.g. an intermediary or principal), and that the data in the advertisement is true.
  • You declare and undertake that you alone are responsible for the lawfulness of the services and activities advertised or provided by you, for obtaining the necessary permits and registrations, for paying taxes, contributions and other public charges, and for complying with applicable law (including rules on prostitution, public morals and personality rights).
  • You acknowledge that the Service Provider does not organise, intermediate or provide services between the advertiser and visitors, does not share in any consideration between the advertiser and visitors, and that the fee is due solely for displaying the advertisement.
  • You undertake to try to protect your own and your partner's health when meeting partners.

The Service Provider accepts no responsibility for inconvenience caused by hidden defects of the System; it will endeavour to correct such defects.

4. Formation of the contract

The contract with the content set out in these Terms is formed between the parties when the Visitor first views the Service Provider's website or registers. By using the website you accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

5. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally and will inform users on the website. The amended Terms take effect on the 8th day after publication or, if earlier, when the amendment is accepted. Users must keep track of the part of the website containing the Terms.

6. User conduct and moderation principles

By entering the site you understand and accept the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice. You agree to behave responsibly and with respect for other users. The Service may not be used to harass, defame or insult other users or to violate their personality or other rights.

The Service Provider may, without prior notice, make inaccessible or delete content that harms the legitimate and reasonable interests of another person; that is obscene or vulgar; or that is racist or abusive or offensive toward the religion, national, ethnic, political or sexual identity of others, as well as the accounts of users who post such content. Content involving or depicting minors, and content suggesting coercion, exploitation or human trafficking, is not permitted under any circumstances; we remove it immediately and, where necessary, report it to the authorities.

7. Content

The user is responsible for user content, including but not limited to photos, personal data, comments, messages and logos, and for the consequences of any content. The Service Provider does not undertake to check content made available by users. As an intermediary service provider, the Service Provider is not liable for the information transmitted.

The user consents to the Service Provider removing, without notice, material that it deems, at its sole discretion, unlawful, infringing another person's personality rights, unfair, threatening, insulting, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes another person's intellectual property, copyright or related rights, or the provisions of these Terms.

The Service Provider prohibits quoting the content of the site or any part of it without citing the source. The following in particular are unlawful or unauthorised activities:

  • modifying, adapting or reverse engineering any part of the Service;
  • unauthorised automated monitoring or downloading of the content of the Service;
  • unauthorised intrusion or attempted intrusion into the Service Provider's computer systems;
  • collecting information about other users for unauthorised purposes (including usernames and e-mail addresses);
  • publishing acquired materials without permission;
  • creating user accounts by automated methods or unfair conduct;
  • making third-party materials available without that party's consent;
  • publishing material that infringes another party's intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights;
  • transmitting viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other destructive elements;
  • publishing material that incites or advertises unlawful activity;
  • publishing false or misleading information and generating false traffic to the Service.

Beyond the above, the Service Provider may make any content inaccessible to the public or delete it from the System without giving reasons. The Service Provider is not liable for damage resulting from making content inaccessible or deleting it. Photos and phone numbers in advertisements qualify as personal data; copying, storing or republishing them on another site without the advertiser's consent is prohibited and may result in civil, administrative or criminal liability.

8. Availability

The Service Provider does not guarantee the continuous availability of the System or any of its functions. The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend the availability of any function for all users, a defined group of users or a particular user, or to discontinue a function permanently.

9. Limitation of liability, indemnification

With regard to content published by users, the Service Provider acts as a hosting (intermediary) service provider: it does not create, select, edit or check user content in advance and is not aware of its unlawful nature until it receives a notice. Under Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services, the Service Provider is not liable for content published by users if it was not aware of the infringement and, once aware, acts without delay to remove the content or disable access to it. The Service Provider is not obliged to monitor content in advance or continuously, or to look for circumstances indicating unlawful activity; if it nevertheless checks or moderates voluntarily, this does not mean it assumes liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider excludes all liability for the authenticity, content, completeness, lawfulness, reliability, functionality and availability of the information and materials posted in the System, for the conduct of users, for any damage arising from acquaintances, meetings and agreements made or to be made between users through the System (including personal injury, damage to health, pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage, violation of personality rights, loss of profit and indirect damage), and for damage arising from errors, outages, data loss and unauthorised access in the System. The Service Provider makes all materials and information available “as is”. The user uses the Service at their own risk.

The above exclusion and limitation of liability does not extend to damage caused intentionally, damage to human life, bodily integrity or health, damage caused by a criminal offence, or cases in which the law does not allow liability to be excluded or limited. The rights of consumers under the law remain unaffected.

Indemnification. To the extent permitted by law, the user must hold the Service Provider harmless and indemnify it against any claim, damage, fine or cost (including reasonable legal costs) arising from the user's content or conduct infringing the law, a third party's rights or these Terms. If such a claim is made against the Service Provider, the user must assist the Service Provider in defending against it.

The user must do everything that can generally be expected to protect their personal data, in particular the password used to log in, and is responsible for all events carried out using their login ID or password. We aim to settle disputes amicably in the first place; if this fails, the competent Hungarian court will proceed, and Hungarian law governs disputes.

10. International use

The Service Provider may process and store personal data, information and user content in Hungary, in the European Union or outside it. The Service is accessible from states applying different laws; the user undertakes and warrants to comply with local rules.

12. Reporting and removal of unlawful content

Anyone who believes that content published on the Site infringes a right or a law (in particular: depicts or involves a minor, suggests coercion, exploitation or human trafficking, infringes personality rights, personal data or copyright, or is false or misleading) may report it at info@napipartner.hu. The report must contain the exact location (URL) of the content complained of, a brief explanation of the infringement, the reporter's name and e-mail address, and a statement that the report is made in good faith and is accurate.

The Service Provider assesses the report without delay, where possible within 24 hours (on working days), may temporarily make the disputed content unavailable while assessing it, and removes unlawful content. Unless prohibited by law, the Service Provider informs the affected user electronically, with reasons, of the removal or account restriction; the user may object to the decision at info@napipartner.hu, and the Service Provider reviews the objection. 14. Consumer provisions

If, at the advertiser's express request, the service (displaying the profile) begins before the 14-day period expires, the advertiser acknowledges that in case of withdrawal they must pay a fee proportionate to the service provided up to that point, and that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service has been fully performed. Consumer complaints can be submitted at info@napipartner.hu; we will respond on the merits within 30 days. Consumers may turn to the conciliation body competent for their place of residence or stay.
